I love beets. My mom fixed Harvard beets, which are in a sweet sauce. I took a cooking class in college and a gal tried them. I would love to have a card with a picture of your family if he could bring me one or even two when he returns to school. I'm glad I'm not blocked in your country. I just bought a bunch at the farmers market on Saturday and have been eating pickled beets all week! I grew up loving pickled beets!
